Memorify collects only the following information: full name, phone number, and email. Additionally, in the context of events, photographs taken during the event are stored and linked to the data subject through facial recognition.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
The collected data is used exclusively to: identify the participant and link their photographs; provide a personalized gallery with the photos in which they appear; send communications related to the event; and fulfill contractual obligations with the event organizer.
3. Storage and Security
Data and photographs are stored on internal servers in a controlled and secure environment, with access restricted to authorized professionals. We do not share data with third parties, external companies, or institutions. We apply appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or leakage.
4. Retention Period
Event photographs will be stored only for the contracted period, which may vary between 30 days, 6 months, or 12 months after the event's conclusion. After this period, the files will be permanently deleted, unless there is a legal requirement for their preservation. Registration data may be kept for a longer period only to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
Under the terms of the LGPD, the data subject may request: confirmation of the existence of processing; access to information; correction of incomplete or outdated data; deletion or anonymization of irregularly processed data; revocation of consent; and data portability. Requests must be sent to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
6. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data by Memorify is based on the data subject's consent; the performance of a contract; and compliance with a legal obligation.
